Good Day - I placed an upgrade order (**-***************) on Monday, November **, ****. I did not ask for a same day delivery. I asked for the upgrade to be shipped to me within *-* days. **On November **, **** I received a text message from "TempestT" who indicated that she worked for and she would be delivering my new phone between *-* PM. I wrote back and indicated that I was not available between those hours due to prior commitments - but that someone from my family would be there to receive the phone. When "TempestT" arrived at the home she was met by my ** year old son. "TempestT" addressed my son, asking if his Mom or Dad was home...I guess my earlier text didn't sink in!! He indicated that he was the only one home. FedEx, UPS and USPS allow my son to sign for parcels everyday - without issues.**"TempestT" indicated that an adult (I guess ** is still a said that I would be getting an email and would need to reschedule a deliver time. **To say that I am outraged would be a huge understatement. I am livid. You all have charged by CC for the phone, I have NO phone and now I am having to spend*waste my time to resolve this mess. Please show me where adds any value to your service.......I must be missing something.**I sent a note*text to "TempestT" expressing my anger in that fact that her "value added customer was a complete failure". In my message I asked her to provide me with the name and phone number of someone at capable to providing customer service. That was at *:**PM EST last evening, and...wait for response. Go figure. Last evening I sent an email to customer service at asking that they expedite shipping my phone. I know this will be hard to believe as well, response.**I called ATT customer service at approximately *:** PM last night, I spoke to a very friendly and apologetic young man who provided with contact information to**I need for ATT to ship my upgraded cell phone to my home. I need to know who you will using to ship my order and when I can expect to receive it.**I hope for the sake of your shareholders that you don't have stake in (oxymoron) because their lack of response to this service disaster tells you all you need to about their viability in the marketplace. *sad**I eagerly await your response.**Thank you - Tom Lather****.***.****
