I have been very very very patient this morning with you all, considering I was on hold for an HOUR! ....an hour later the recorded voice comes on saying you all cant take my call at this time.......I really need to speak with yall about my bill that keeps creeping up .........you take care of new customers better than you're existing.........I'm not paying **$for wifi......not when yall are offering this price for wifi and tv..........please help me resolve this issue before I have to make a move to a new internet provider ......*** *** ****....Ashton.........Thanks
