Subject: Billing mistake after cancellation of service.**Cell numbers: ***-***-**** and ***-***-******I joined Consumer Cellular in late September, finding that we could save almost $*** per month to get the service we needed. We ported our phone numbers from AT&T, thereby initiating the cancellation process. However, we continued to get bills from AT&T, totaling $***.** for the last * months. I tried to straighten this out with a chat that I had to wait a very long time for. I learned only that my account could not be accessed because, unaccountably, I had become a "reseller." Of course this is not the case. In fact, your agent connected me with Consumer Cellular, telling them that THEY were illegally billing me. I would like you to close my account and for AT&T to refund the money you have mistakenly billed my bank account for.**AT&T offers very poor customer service if the customer isn't trying to spend more money with you.**Karen Healy and Gary McWilliams
