I signed up for direct tv at the Fresno fair. I tried to change the install date and took me almost * hours to finally speak to a human. I finally just cancelled due to such poor customer service. That’s why I dropped direct tv * years ago. I paid a $**.** processing free and when I spoke to to customer service they said they had no idea what I was talking about. I can fax or email you my receipt showing I paid $**.** cash
