Had service switched to my new address back in May ****. I continued to receive a bill to my old phone number but with my new address. Once new phone service was in place, I was unable to receive or make calls until * months after moving in and calling for tech support. My bills that I’ve been receiving each month have been over the agreed amount when switching my services over. For the past several months I have been spending a lot of time on the phone trying to get this problem resolved. No one can seem to help me. All I hear is that the number isn’t coming up or that’s someone else department. I have spent time at work on my lunch hour and early mornings at home calling to get this situation resolved. All I keep getting is bounced around from one number to another. One of the reps stated that it appeared that someone never cancelled my previous service which resulted in double billing. But again it wasn’t her department and all she could do was make note of me calling. My old number has now went into collections and I have to deal with them calling all throughout the day. This situation have been going on way too long and I hope you can resolve this problem real soon. Been a customer for a long time but never had problems like this before. Please give this your immediate attention
