The issue in GetHuman-sarahd's own words
Landline out for *** days. I have contacted AT&T and they told me it would be fixed by the *th, of August...It wasn't. When I called to find out why they told me I was their "priority" and It would be taken care of the following day. August **, between *am-**p. No one showed. When I called again there was no person to speak with just automated recording telling me I had to wait until Monday?! I have not had a phone for nearly a month now. My cell phone won't work at the house because there is not a strong enough signal. The least they could do is send me a signal booster for the cell. Free of charge. I can assume no charges for this problem they created.
GetHuman-sarahd did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
