I am a long time customer that has bundled phone internet and DTV. I had called back today as instructed to receive discount on total bill account ********* DTv ******* I was under the impression a loyalty discount would be given, Long time customers like myself and others should be given a discount on bundle of all services not just new customers I was only given a $* off of my dtv because that was all given today for discount.
