Called **** told by Maggie no outages..schedule tech got **** *-*pm. **July **.. call at * to make sure we still want tech Yes....**:** am automated call from you cancelling tech said determined it was *network issue and working to resolve. *:** pm we called ***-***-**** Chris said ** person outage, problem at home office, ticket BONS******** estimated repair **** am he would call us after * **** ...never called. Home page completely gone here.****** *:** pm we called again...Ryan..said ** person outage..fix time by Sat ****..told office closed on Sundays so we can't call.****** Sat not fixed called again..outage **.told parts ordered for Monday **** and fixed by Tuesday **** by *:**pm...said **** outage and didn't know until we called **** and tech saw ****. New code ****. No one wants our codes ever...why give them to us??******. *:** pm not fixed**More calls...we call leave message no call back few times...get automated that network with another fix date**Last one..told outage ** and special tech to central office PENDING .........tech hasn't even been there!!!!!!!!!!. Fix time from *** to ***. **We need honest communication. We need our internet working. We need upgraded speed promised august **** that never happened. This has impacted our life in **** ways since mid July and feel your company does not care.....just upgrade the costs of internet service we are not getting.**Please please fix. Acct **********
