For more than a week, I have tried to reach Wally Phelps @ the office of the President @***-***-****, to get an extension to pay my pass due balance of $***.**, he had to get me an extension last month and he told me to call him back if I need him again for this issue, giving me his direct line, he told me as long as I keep my agreement arrangements, I could get an extension, I did on *********, but when I tried to make another arrangement for the remaining balance, I couldn't get anyone to grant the extension, staying that I must give them an additional $**.** to set up another extension, I told them I am disable, have very limited income, and I am trying my best to pay my bill, I have been with at&t for a long time, and this is the best that they can offer me is awful, especially from its representatives, who has been repeatedly rude to me, because I need an extension each month, I do not like being threatened with suspension when, I am trying to set up arrangements, and being told to call the office of the President Wally Phelps to have him set this issue of arrangement up,and to have the block removed, please can someone help, because I am getting Wally Phelps voicemail each time with no return phone call.
