Last month my bill was for $*** *...I call and we went over tha charges...and was reduced to $** *....but my account is on auto pay and I was still charge the $*** *....I have now stop the auto pay and would like to get this fix ASAP...because I told the AT&T representative that I wanted to make sure that auto was not going to charge the $*** * ...but they did
