get my bill paid ... I signed up for AT&T home wireless internet service in ******* and since my daughter & I are a snap household, we only have to pay $** per month since we are low income. I signed up for autopay which was a huge mistake! For the first few months, I would receive my billing statement saying my payment of $** was received & my balance was *. All of a sudden, in ******, I received my bill saying that my bill was $** because there were not enough funds in my bank account which I knew there was! There were no overdraft fees on my bank statements and it didn't show any kind of attempts of anyone trying to take money out of my bank account! So, I sent $** towards this bill! So I checked my bill again, and no wonder, because they have my bank account number wrong! Every time I'd try to go to the site online, it was down of course. I talked with a lady from Customer Service & she said the late fees would be dropped since it wasn't my fault. & ny new balance would be $** due by *********. So I finally got on their site to put in my correct bank information. I kept checking my bank account and on *********, saw that they had not taken it out yet! So I called Customer service & she said they hadn't taken it out yet because I didn't tell them too and she gave me until midnight of ******* to pay it or they would charge me $**! She told me to pay it from my phone if I couldn't get on their site. So that's what I did, and they said "thank you for your payment & your balance is *. I was glad to get that done! Well on ******* I checked my bank balance but they still hadn't taken the $** out yet! I tried to go online on their site but of course it was down! Then on ********, I saw they finally took it out! But then today on ****** I get a statement in my mailbox dated ******* with a balance of **.** only showing the $** that I paid on ****** and saying they were taking that out on *******! So I have no clue what is going on and I'm sure they don't either!
I don't have the money to pay all these late fees tat I should not owe because of their mistake
By dropping all those late fee charges and by bringing my account up to date

I have talked to two different customer service ladies and have tried many times getting online on their site but it is ALWAYS down! ********* is my account number
