I received a defective Roku streaming device with my order from Direct TV now. The device is usless. I had to buy a new device from Best Buy for $**.**. There is no way to contact anybody from Direct TV now, with the exception of live chat which totally usless since the "Virtual Assistant" cannot understand anything. There is no way to get a real person or send and email. (I found this site on the internet).*Could you please explain to me how I should spent $**.** to replace a broken device that was sent to me by Direct TV now.?*Thank you,
