Help with my AT&T issue
How did GetHuman-jeffrun do it?
Waiting to hear how GetHuman-jeffrun fixed the problem to share with other customers.
I received a defective Roku streaming device with my order from Direct TV now. The device is usless. I had to buy a new device from Best Buy for $**.**. There is no way to contact anybody from Direct TV now, with the exception of live chat which totally usless since the "Virtual ***istant" cannot understand anything. There is no way to get a real person or send and email. (I found this site on the internet).*Could you please explain to me how I should spent $**.** to replace a broken device that was sent to me by Direct TV now.?*Thank you,
