my bill is incorrect. I spent over ** minutes being shuffled from wrong department to wrong department. I gal named Jill in customer service confirmed that my bill is incorrect but said she could not help me* she sent me to the "Loyalty" department. There I got a recording that said "The department was closed". How can AT&T be closed at **:**pm? And my bill is still incorrect.
I trust that AT&T will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
