Help with my AT&T issue
The issue in GetHuman-cottonje's own words
Poor service at the St. Charles at&t location on main street* attempted to upgrade a device* they required I start a new device line saying I would be able to cancel the current device line without any further payments* called and this is untrue. They were very unhelpful in assisting me- I really simply wanted to replace my iPad mini * with the iPad mini * and both times I went into the store they stated there wasn't a way for them to assist me with this transaction and that upgrading to the newer iPad was the only option. I feel that they rushed through my service as they were late to work that day and had a line*
GetHuman-cottonje did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
