FIRST OF ALL*I canceled my services with Direct TV , on ******** as told by your rep that it was the end of my billing cycling, my end of my contract was ******** so told, However services still continued, and nobody in the household watched, direct TV, i called again asking for a box and was told service was still on, i canceled that day again, I want credit from the first point i wanted it cut off, a few weeks ago we kept getting come back , big mistake on my part, services were reordered, and provided my card for auto-pay, i again canceled my order, due to medical issues, the card provided was only for the new account but a few days later i was charged on my card for the amount of $***.** for the old account with-out a bill in hand, you had no authorization to charge my card, once i canceled my order it should of been trashed, you took funds with-out a bill, for me to argue, I have stopped payment for the amount of $***.**, and will not allow any auto pays to be used for this reason, again you were not authorized to charge my account once I terminated the upgrade install !!! Your equipment has been returned, however I did sign up for new services and found out two days later i was charged again forn$**.** under the same card again you were not authorized to charge my card, ya you had to have my permission again to charge, However i am not happy, as requested i have no on demand services, it's been less then **hrs since we had full services because of programming issues, so please either upgrade or except a return with a full refund, Also we had problems for * nights with our internet service, until the direct TV was renewed, why ??? upon my new order i was told id be billed in * days, however * day, with bad service *at this point i cant trust anything said by your reps, again nothing as promised was provided, i don't even see in the agreement the $***.** visa gift card so who am i to believe so far its hard to trust anything from AT&T ,
