I called Att *$** increase in Monthly bill ... The agent I spoke to (Stephanie) did not fully explain that by accepting the $** month credits for a year locks you into a one year contract
Direc TV using deceptive business practices. I.E Not fully explaining credits in that by accepting credits on your monthly bill locks you into a contract.
To cancel the one year contract that Direc TV disceptivley signed me up for by accepting the $** per month for twelve months. Agent Stephanie never mentioned anything about a one year contract
