Transfer internet and direct tv service due to a move ... After * hours of being transferred from * dept to the next, speaking with rep in the Philippines who refused to transfer me to a rep in the us due to communication issues, was told problem resolved. Today received a call from account manager in NJ was told something totally different.
A valued customers should expect * call resolution for any and all services att offers. It should take multiple calls and * hours to continue service as a result of a move.at the end of each call your employees end the call by thanking me for my business which seems really ingenious to me.
Have someone call me who can understand my request with the authority to assist me. You encourage bundling I have cell, direct tv and internet but when issues arise I have to deal with what seems like * different companies, I expect one call resolution. It would be interesting if the ceo called the CS number to try and inquire about * or * services.
