My phone number is *** *** ****. I have a $** prepaid plan and supposed to get roll over data from the previous month. This is the second month I haven't gotten my roll over data. I spent over * hours trying to deal with this over the phone with customer service. I was told my credit card refused payment for auto pay as the reason why I didn't get roll over data but my credit card provider said that wasn't true. Eventually I was told I was going to be credited an additional * gigs of data due to ATT's error. I'm not seeing the extra * gigs in my account summary and was told to go to the ATT store for help. At the store I was told there was nothing I can do but call customer service again which I refuse to do at this point. So my question is: when will I see the extra * gigs in my account summary?
