Me: you are ripping me off..charging me for a phone that I do not have and the plan that goes with the phone that I do not own. You took me to a ** GB plan without my authorization and have been charging me for it for I don't know how long. You have been charging me for an I phone that I do not own for ** montths. Tried to fix this * times myself, was told it would be fixed and nothing ecer happens. surprise. Sam's ckub fixed it for me with your fraud department and said the charges would come off and I would be refunded my money. Guess how that worked out. You increased my bill by adding extra services that I never authorized. I am going to dump you. How much money does your company need* How greedy can you be?? You dump on all your customers and don't give a care.
