my issue is charges that are showing up aren't mine. I have bank records showing every month is paid. Give me the address of where to send them and I will send you a copy. I spent * hrs on the phone trying to get you to understand, the following: May I pd.**.**, June,**.**,july **.**,aug ***.**sept **.**,oct.**.** so please check your records and send me a statement verifying thes charges so I may understand what I owe each month and what I am paying for.My phone went out on me and I never got satisfaction on your charges. Please work with me and don't turn off my phone. I am going in the hospital the **rd of Oct. My phone wont hold out long enough to finish a call. What will it cost me to go back to reg. landline?Just explain my billing being a different amount and you not having records that I have paid each month.Please get back with me today
