The issue in GetHuman-brennash's own words
I put a old SIM card in my phone and put my phone time on the number that was on the SIM card. It turned out that the phone number I put my phone time on was a active number. So I called at&t on my friends phone and I talked to a supervisor her name was Marie. When I got done expecting what happened to her she asked me if I had a new SIM card where she could put my time on it and I didn’t . She told me to call back after I got one and she Guarantees that all I had to do was call back and tell them that I called the other day and give them the information. So I had to got over ** miles just to get a SIM card. It took * days of trying to get this fixed I called and disconnected so many times. It took forever to get this done. I feel like I should get a couple gbs of data for the inconvenience. Is there a way to make that possible. Because of the inconvenience I missed a job interview and I have a year and a half boy that I need to be able to call someone if I need help like taking him to hospital.
