You’ve been grossly over charging me for years. Last person I spoke with at ATT told me there was nothing I could do to lower my bill and that my Internet was only enough to watch uverse tv. I didn’t realize until I recently was laid off that I cant use my laptop because my internet sucked so bad. I asked why couldn’t I get the rates I see online & was told it’s for new members only. I asked ok so you don’t care about current long time customers?? There’s nothing I can do for you she said. So I switched to Spectrum and guess what. IM SAVING $*** A MONTH!!!! Shame on ATT for taking advantage of me and all your long term customers. I’m a single mother currently on unemployment... I wish I could sue you for all the gross over charges. I will be shouting from the hilltops that ATT doesn’t care about current customers and Spectrum is better and that I’m saving $*,*** a year!!! I’m disgusted with ATT. I canno believe your company takes such advantage of people and you rape customers of their money. Disgusting
