We were talked into getting U-Verse service by a store representative. We were assured that all of the channels that we wanted were included in the package and price that was quoted to us. Service was installed yesterday, and we have one cable channel only. All of the ones that we said were dealbreakers it says we are not subscribed to. I called the representative yesterday and text her and told her what was happening, she said she would look into it and get back to me, she never did. I text her about six hours later and she said that she was busy but would do it before her shift was over. She did not ever get back to me. I text her this morning, and as of now, have not received a response back. I tried to call her, her phone goes straight to voicemail. Another day with no resolution to my problem. I also was approved for a phone, which she completely screwed up, and I have been unable to get a phone now as well. I am so disappointed with AT&T right now. And, it is virtually impossible to speak to someone on the phone.
