Stream off the roku stick and browse on my cell phone ... ***-***-****. Since march of **** same problem keeps happening! Stupid I had a technician at my location a week ago and I am still experiencing the same issue and have to wait to have another technician come out again!!! I'm already on my *rd modem and still.. why is it i cannot connect my cell phone and my roku stick on the wifi at the same time??? Please explain to me how TWO, TWO devices cant be on the same wifi!!!!! I have to get off my phone because even on my T-Mobile cell phone the wifi service is worthless!!!! Tired of always having to call and wait and call and wait for someone to come out and services will be good for a few days and then back to the same issues... you all aren't quick to find a solution but when I am late on a payment you sure as **** are quick to change me the late fees, hummm.. for a technician to give me excuses as to why my service is slow, is ridiculous... why offer services in my area if you arent able to provide the service you say you carry?? Whats even more bonkers is I have a att service station down the road off the expressway not even * miles away from my apartment complex!!! And I have to take time out of my life!!! Because you all cant get it right!!! You all need to find a way to fix this issue as I have a tech scheduled for tomorrow TUESDAY from * TO **... DUNNO WHEN THE FOOL WILL COME AS I AM NOT PRIORITY.. Even though they were just here a week ago, smh.... Tired of not being able to connect TWO DEVICES ....
I cant watch anything because the service will only choose either my cell phone wifi or roky stick!!! Why cant I be on both???
How bout you find a solution!! Why you all vet paid and charge us!! The ****!! How you want me to find a solution for you???
Over a year..
Im on *rd modem!! Ive rebooted, restarted, cleared the data, called customer service, had technicians out in my place more than * times in a year!! What more do you want me to try???
