Unfortunately, we haven't found a good help page, faq or forum for Lazada to share, but we can point you in the right direction. In the last 12 months, 10,818 GetHuman users have come here searching for the right place to start with online help, or a FAQ or forum for Lazada customers. Unfortunately we have had to disappoint them and say that we don't know of one yet. Not only does Lazada not have an online knowledge base or help desk where you can search for your problem and get some answers, but they also don't have a phone number.
