When i go to send money to someone it shows one under a phone number and a different one under their email. Why is that

This happens because Zelle associates users with their email addresses and phone numbers individually. When someone registers with Zelle, they provide their email address and phone number. If the person you're trying to send money to has registered multiple times with different emails and/or phone numbers, they'll appear as separate contacts. So, when you try to send money, you'll see one entry under their phone number, and another under their email address. It's important to communicate with the recipient and confirm which account they want the funds sent to - either the one linked to their phone number or the one linked to their email address. Be sure to select the correct one to ensure your transaction goes smoothly.
