I require assistance regarding my Zelle account as I suspect someone utilized it to transfer money without my authorization, resulting in issues with my checking account and extra fees for insufficient funds. On June 12, [redacted], I received an email from Navy Federal Credit Union regarding the deactivation of my Zelle account. After contacting their customer service, I learned that Zelle was responsible for the deactivation. Navy Federal was unable to provide further assistance and advised me to contact Zelle directly. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach Zelle over the phone have been unsuccessful, leaving me frustrated with the lack of resolution for this issue.

I set up my Zelle account with my landline phone number ([redacted]), but it's no longer in service. I can't receive the verification code to my bank's online platform as it sends it to the old number. I need to update my phone number to my mobile ([redacted]) so I can access Zelle.
