Visit the Zagg website for your country or region to make a warranty claim or replacement. Go to the official website and scroll down to the bottom. Choose your country under Select a Region.

If your product is under warranty, you'll need to register it before getting a replacement. Just follow the succeeding steps to register the product and get a replacement.
You'll be asked to sign in to your Zagg account. If you don't have an account yet, you'll be prompted to create an account with Zagg.
This step is for users who don't have an existing account yet. Tap on the link and follow the on-screen instructions on creating an account. After account creation, you can view order status, order history and shipments.
Once signed in, the next page you'll see is the dashboard. Tap Register a Product and choose the category description of your product. If you still have the box, just scan the QR code for automatic registration. For multiple items, make sure they're registered individually.
There's no need to register a product if you were logged in when you made the purchase. Products are automatically registered when the user is logged in when making a purchase.
After registering your products or items, click Product Options.
Just follow the instructions on how to process the replacement.
If the item includes accessories such as adaptors or cables, make sure they're also in the package. No need to include the original packaging.
