If you're having issues with your Vonage services, here are instructions on how you can dispute a bill with Vonage.
If you have an Online Account, sign in to your account using the same username and password you used to access your billing account. If you don't know your username or password, contact Vonage customer support for help.
Click View Call Activity under Billing and Payment.
At the bottom of the page, click Request Credit. The list of calls eligible for credit will be displayed. If you would like to request credit for a call that does not appear on this list, submit it via the contact form.
You will need to click the call in question to dispute a call.
After choosing the Dispute Bill option, a prompt will ask you to enter a reason for requesting credit. If you have already filed a dispute with Vonage and want to add more information, select Add Information.
Otherwise, choose one of the following options:
After clicking the submit button, Vonage will notify you that it is reviewing your dispute. If the dispute is approved and you have already paid your bill, it will apply your credit to the next month's bill. Vonage will apply a credit to the most recent payment if you haven't paid yet.
