Vivid Seats has a straightforward refund policy that ensures customer satisfaction. If an event is canceled without a rescheduled date, we guarantee a 100% refund of the ticket price. For rescheduled events, your tickets will remain valid, but if you cannot attend the new date, you may have the option to receive a refund. In case of a major change in the event details, such as venue or headliner, you could also be eligible for a refund. However, keep in mind that all refund requests must be made within seven days of the event's original date or the date on which the change was announced.
