If an event for which you purchased tickets through Vivid Seats gets canceled, we will work diligently to ensure you receive a full refund. In the unfortunate case of a cancellation, our team will contact you promptly via email or phone with detailed instructions on the refund process. Vivid Seats guarantees that you will be refunded the full purchase price of your tickets, including any applicable fees.
