In general, you can cancel your monthly subscription and get a refund if you do it within three days of purchase. You can get a refund for a yearly subscription if you request it within 14 days.Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. Neither is switching to a different and more expensive subscription plan.If you purchased your subscription through a promotional offer that specifically overrides the company's usual refund policy, your subscription is not eligible for a refund.Fees other than subscription fees are non-refundable.In-app purchases on third party platforms with their own refund policies are non-refundable.Refunds cannot be issued to customers who have initiated a chargeback dispute.VOD purchases can only be refunded by the seller, not by Vimeo.Partial refunds are not possible. Please note that you cannot send a message to another Vimeo user until you follow at least one other user on Vimeo.

Wait for the seller to respond.

You will be stuck with the seller's decision. Vimeo does not issue refunds for VOD purchases or oversee them. Refunds are entirely at the discretion of the seller.
