If you keep forgetting to pay your bills on time and you have a Truist bank account, you can solve your problem once and for all by having automatic bill payments deducted from your account whenever necessary. That way, you never need to worry about forgetting to pay your bills again. To learn how to set up automatic Truist bill payments, just keep on reading.
To set up automatic bill payments, you need the Truist app. If you already have it, just follow this procedure:
Please note that while Truist does also have an option for paying bills using Zelle, it is for sending a one-time payment only. You cannot use Zelle to send recurring bill payments.
If your payee is not on the list of payees but does have an account that is linked with your account, you can also choose to pay your recurring bill with an automatic regular ACH transfer, which is a kind of electronic transfer of funds from one account to another. The procedure for doing this is the same as the procedure for setting up a recurring bill payment. However, in step 4, tap on Transfer Money and Pay Truist bills instead of tapping on Pay Other Bills.
If you have questions about automatic bill payments, ask a Truist representative. To talk to a representative, just pick up the phone. There isn't any online customer service option.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
