There may be several reasons why you can't post your creation to Facebook. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and that you're logged into your Facebook account. Check if the content adheres to Facebook’s guidelines, as violating them can restrict sharing. Additionally, verify your privacy settings on Facebook or in the SmileBox application, as they may affect sharing capabilities. If the issue persists, consider checking for updates on the SmileBox platform.

To download your slideshow without being a member, you need to use SmileBox's sharing options. Typically, slideshows can be shared via email or social media, allowing you to send it to others. For direct downloads, a membership might be required. We suggest considering a membership for full access to all features.

The length of the music section of a SmileBox Floral Crown Invite is not preset. You can choose songs from the SmileBox music library or upload your own music files. The duration of the music will correspond to the length of your chosen song or audio file. Thus, the duration can potentially be as long or as short as you prefer, providing you with flexibility to customize your invite to create the desired atmosphere and effect.

To cancel your Smilebox subscription, first, log into your account. Then, navigate to the 'Settings' page. You should be able to see an option there that says 'Subscription.' Click on it and it will open the details of your subscription where you will find an option to 'Cancel Subscription.' After clicking this, follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. Please note that cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription period, so you will continue to have access to Smilebox's services until then.

Sure, to cancel your SmileBox subscription, follow these steps: first, log into your account. Find the “My Account” icon on the upper-right side of the page and then click on it. Next, choose “Membership info” from the dropdown menu. In the next screen, you'll see your subscription details. At the bottom of this area, click on “Want to cancel your membership?”. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. Please note that canceling your subscription stops the automatic renewal, it doesn't refund payments already made, and it doesn't delete your SmileBox account.
