Can I cancel my SmileBox subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your SmileBox subscription at any time. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to provide you with the flexibility to manage your subscription as per your needs. To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your account, go to the "My Account" section, and locate the subscription options. From there, you will find the option to cancel. Once you confirm the cancellation, it will take effect immediately, and you will no longer be charged. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription. We value your feedback and will appreciate any comments you have on the reason for cancellation, as it helps us improve our services.
