How Do I Return a Phone with Shentel?

Log in to My Account and look for Returns if you want to return a phone with nTelos Wireless. Once there, click Return Devices, and choose which device(s) you want to return. Then click Continue. Enter any comments or feedback on this page regarding your experience. Answer some questions about why you want to return the phone(s). Select whether there are additional accessories that came with the device. Click on Submit.

nTelos Wireless offers a 30-day return policy for most phones. If you decide that the phone you purchased is not what you wanted or has technical issues, you can return it within days of receiving it. By following these steps, you can return your phone and be on your way to a new, working phone.

1. Log Into your nTelos Wireless Account

If you're returning a phone with nTelos Wireless, the first step is to log in to the nTelos Wireless website and click on Log In. Once you've logged in, you'll find a page with your username and password at the top of the page. From there, select My Account. You'll get a prompt to enter your password before you reach another page where you can find information about your account and service plans. You'll also see a link labeled Return/Exchange.

2. Enter Your Details

Next, you'll need to enter your phone number, email address and last name. Scroll down the page to find these fields. Enter your information in each field and click Continue at the bottom of the page.

3. Select the Type of Device To Return

Select the device type you wish to return: smartphone or basic device. Then click Continue again. Once you've selected your device type, you can choose the specific device you want to return and proceed through the rest of the steps.

4. Reason for Canceling Your Service

You can cancel your service for many reasons. If you want to return your phone, choose Return My Phone and then select the reason that best suits your needs. You'll find three options for returning your device: you can choose to return your phone because of damage, you don't like it or you want a different model/color/size/etc.

5. A Confirmation Page With Details

Now you'll see a confirmation page with details about how long it will take before they process your request — and nTelos Wireless will also email you when that happens. You can check the status of your return online.
