What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Party City is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging. Whether it's a costume, decoration, or any other product, simply bring your receipt or confirmation email to any Party City store for a refund or exchange. However, we have a few exceptions to our policy. Personalized items, opened candy, and helium tanks cannot be returned. Additionally, seasonal items such as Halloween costumes must be returned by October 30th. For online purchases, you can also return items by mail following the instructions provided on our website.
