Our return policy at Partyamerica.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, customers need to contact our customer service team either via phone or email, providing the order number and reason for return. Once approved, customers will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected, and if approved, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
