Nuance offers a generous return policy for software purchases. Customers can return their software within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. However, certain conditions apply. The software must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Additionally, customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product. Nuance also advises contacting their customer support team to initiate the return process. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days from the date the software is received by Nuance. It is important to note that this return policy only applies to software purchases made directly from Nuance.
