To return an online purchase to a Marks & Spencer store for a credit, you typically need to print a returns label. However, if you are unable to print this label, you can still return the item. Simply bring the product, along with your order confirmation email or packaging slip as proof of purchase, to your local Marks & Spencer’s store.
