I have rewritten my question multiple times, but all I receive are instructions to do something for others. Unfortunately, none of the phone numbers I've tried seem to work on my phone. They are all deemed invalid. This means I will have to travel quite a distance to locate a store willing to accept the clothing that doesn't fit me. I strongly believe that the current system is impractical and provides no assistance.

I am having difficulty fitting the bed back under my Tromso Corner sofa due to a bent metal hook preventing the pin from lining up properly. Since the bed was rarely used, I suspect this happened during a recent move. I need to replace the metal hooks to fix the issue promptly as I have family coming in mid-August. I would appreciate urgent assistance with this matter. Thank you, Lesley.

Good morning, Yesterday, I visited the M&S store in Teeside and decided to have lunch at the cafe. I ordered eggs royale but unfortunately, the meal arrived cold. Despite asking for it to be warmed up or replaced, it still came out cold. This resulted in a disappointing experience as I was left hungry and had to leave without being able to shop. I appreciate if you could provide some feedback on this matter. Thank you.

I had a disturbing encounter at the Harrow (St Ann's Rd) store recently. I'm a 46-year-old black man with two adult children and a successful Health Fitness and Sports and Wellness business. I'm a regular at this store, but the staff there make me feel unwelcome. On July 27th, while packing my bag, a staff member named Irfan accused me of shoplifting. I was shocked and angered by his baseless accusation. Despite my protests, he insisted on checking my bag. To my relief, my receipt proved his accusation false. The situation escalated when he threatened me with a trespass warning for simply being upset at being wrongly accused. Eventually, a manager named Zoe intervened, offering a refund for my purchases. This experience was embarrassing and degrading, leading me to reconsider shopping at M&S and share my story with my followers.

I sustained an injury in-store at Meadowhall M&S Sheffield on 31/07/23 at 4:00 pm. While browsing ladies long dresses, I tripped over a platform with a sharp point that caused me to fall heavily on my left side, injuring my leg. I was in shock and had to be helped up and eventually moved to a wheelchair. The first aider and a security officer assisted me until I was taken to the car. I am waiting for a report from them and hope that the CCTV footage will show the accident. I visited A&E to assess my injuries and have been bedridden for four days. I am eager to know the next steps following the incident. - Angela Taylor

I received an email from Evri stating that my delivery was left in a safe location, which I never received. The delivery address in the photograph is not mine but [redacted] Stonyhill. I checked with them, and they confirmed that they received a parcel today, but I did not get mine. The delivery driver's ring doorbell only shows one parcel being delivered to that address, not mine. The order reference is [redacted]-[redacted] and the message addressed to me is signed as "Hi Michelle." It states that 1 of 1 parcels has been successfully delivered to a safe location. I have tried to track the delivery without success.

Hello. I visited your store this evening to return some shirts that were too large for my son. Upon asking a polite girl at the checkout to measure my son for an adult shirt, her manager intervened by taking the tape measure. The manager mentioned being busy and concerned about staff with COVID, declining the measuring request in a rude and dismissive manner. Later, when my son tried on trousers, the manager made unprofessional comments to another customer about people leaving things last minute, which made me feel targeted and upset. I am disappointed by the manager's behavior and their lack of professionalism in handling customer requests. Leading by a positive example is crucial, especially when managing young staff. This experience at your store, specifically in the kids' department on the second floor, was the worst I have encountered.

Dear Management, I would like to share my positive experience at the Colliers Wood shop where the staff provides great service. As a disabled customer, I appreciate having accessible toilets available next to the popular cafe. However, I have noticed that one of the lavatories has been out of service for weeks, and the other, although clean, is quite dark when unoccupied. Could you please arrange for a plumber to fix the out-of-service lavatory and consider installing a brighter light in the other one? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Patty G. I visited your cafe on Friday, November 10th, to meet a friend before work for a catch-up over M&S's delicious food and coffee. Unfortunately, despite allowing 2 hours for our visit, we ended up queuing for over 40 minutes with just one person serving! Numerous customers were complaining, but there was no reaction or apology from the staff. This falls short of the usual standard we expect from M&S. I spent over £20 and had to clear and clean a table myself, which is simply unacceptable. What was supposed to be a leisurely meetup turned into a rushed and stressful encounter, with us constantly watching the clock. This experience was far from what we anticipated from M&S. I am disappointed with my recent experience with M&S Christmas Club sandwich. I usually love their food, but this sandwich was a letdown. The three slices of stale toasted bread seemed excessive as there was hardly any filling inside. The main filling, a sour cranberry gloop, overpowered everything else. Additionally, there was only an inch of greasy bacon and a small amount of turkey. The taste and texture left much to be desired, and I was thoroughly disappointed. This is my first complaint as I usually love everything from M&S.
