Our return policy at Freepeople is designed to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. However, please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We recommend trying on footwear with clean socks to keep them in their original condition. Additionally, intimates, swimwear, beauty products, and vintage items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order to resolve the issue.
