At Focal Point Systems, we have a customer-friendly return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product. We accept returns for unused and undamaged items with all original packaging and accessories intact. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly process your refund or offer a replacement if preferred.
