Our return policy at Wholesale Point Inc allows customers to return items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. We offer full refunds for the returned items, excluding any shipping and handling fees. However, certain items, such as medical products, personal care items, and custom-made products, may have specific return restrictions due to health and safety regulations. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team for further instructions.
