Our return policy at FocalMall.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for a variety of reasons, such as damaged or defective products, incorrect items received, or simply if you change your mind. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions. Please note that the returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund promptly, typically within 7-10 business days.
