As soon as the account is successfully closed, it can no longer be reactivated under any circumstances. You can use their services again by creating a new account at Crypto.com. Before closing it, make sure to withdraw any remaining balances.

Closing your Crypto.com account means you can no longer access your Crypto.com app account, Exchange account or Crypto.com visa card. Once you've successfully closed it, you can no longer reactivate your accounts under any circumstances. However, you are welcome to use their services again by creating a new account.

Closing Your Crypto.com Account

Before closing your account, consider withdrawing or spending your remaining balances. If the balance is under the withdrawal limit, contact support to help you process the withdrawal less the fee.

To close your account, email contact@crypto.com using your registered email address with Close Account as the subject.

A note: By closing your Crypto.com account, you will no longer be eligible to take advantage of any promotional offers, including the sign-up bonus from their Referral Program.

After successful account closure, Crypto.com will retain your personal information for at least five years as per their legal and compliance obligations. Refer to their Privacy Policy to know more or contact Crypto.com Customer Support.

How To Withdraw From Your Crypto.com Wallet to an External Wallet

You can only withdraw money from your crypto.com account when you are a Starter Level or higher. Below are the steps:

  • 1. Log in to your account and click Balance.
  • 2. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw and hit Withdraw.
  • 3. Select the withdrawal address and enter the amount to withdraw.
  • 4. Select Review Withdrawal and review all the details. The final amount will include the deduced withdrawal fee.
  • 5. Type in your OTP code and Google verification code.
  • 6. Hit Confirm Withdrawal.

Once it's confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request and another email once the withdrawal is processed. You may need to wait for up to two hours when withdrawing to an external wallet.

If you'll be adding a new external address, take note of the 24-hour withdrawal lock.
