How Do I Buy Coins on Crypto.com?
Before buying coins, you must first connect your DeFi wallet to your account. To start purchasing coins, log in to your account and go to the Buy tab. Select the coin you want to purchase and hit the Buy Now button. Type in the amount and review all the purchase details before confirming the transaction. Input your passcode and complete a 3DS verification as required by your bank.
Crypto.com launched a Buy Crypto feature via the app to allow users to easily buy coins directly to your DeFi Wallet. But first, you will need to connect your Wallet to your account. Note that each wallet can only be connected to one account. Make sure to also link your card to the app.
Below are the steps to buy coins:
1. Log in to your account and go to the Buy tab to check all the coins supported by Crypto.com.
2. Choose the coin you want to purchase or hit the Buy Now button. You will need to select a network if the coin is supported on two or more networks.
3. Type in the purchase amount and choose the card you want to use.
4. Review all the purchase details before confirming them. You will have 15 seconds to do this.
5. Type in your passcode.
6. Wait for your coins to arrive or check for the Completed status.
Reach out to Crypto.com Customer Support if your order is pending for more than five minutes, has been confirmed for more than 30 minutes or the status is Order Incomplete. This means that the transaction likely could not be processed. Check your account and contact Support on how to go about the issue.
What if the Coin You Want to Buy Isn't Available?
If you can't find the coin you want to purchase, either Crypto.com isn't supporting that particular coin or it's not supported in your jurisdiction.
When the coin isn't available yet, you can't initiate the purchase; the app may be undergoing maintenance, has slow transfer speeds or there is a network upgrade. Don't hesitate to get in touch with Support if you have questions or concerns.
