Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you may cancel or make changes to your order if it has not yet been shipped. To do so, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If you need to make any changes, such as updating the delivery address or adding items, we recommend contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you and provide further instructions. However, please be aware that any cancellations or modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
