How Do I Call ChowNow?

ChowNow is a third-party web plugin which allows restaurant owners to opt-in to their ordering service. Once the restaurant has opted in, the plugin syncs the restaurant's data with a customer-facing website and mobile app. Customers can order food for delivery, pickup, or contactless in-store dining using the website and app. Due to this relationship between ChowNow and participating restaurants, resolving customer service issues is layered.

Contact the Restaurant

For most customer service problems, such as late orders, missing orders, or an otherwise unsatisfactory experience, ChowNow recommends customers contact the restaurant directly. ChowNow does not list restaurant phone numbers inside the app, so you may need to use Google, Yelp, or another service to call the restaurant.

Explain your problem to the restaurant like you would to any customer service representative. Have the date and time of your order ready, along with which aspect(s) of your order you found unsatisfactory. In the majority of cases, you should be able to resolve your issue using this method.

However, contacting the restaurant directly may not always resolve the problem. In other cases, restaurant owners may also experience issues with the ChowNow service. If this is true for you, you have several options to resolve the problem.

If you are a restaurant owner partnering with ChowNow, you likely already have a case manager (called a Restaurant Success manager). In this case, use the contact information provided when you first set up your partnership. If that contact information isn't working, use the following methods as well.

Before you contact ChowNow, gather all the appropriate information, including receipts, email confirmations, and what you found unsatisfactory.

If you prefer email, you can use the ChowNow helpdesk. Responses using this method usually take about an hour to resolve.
