We offer various support options for our vulnerable customers. Our Priority Services Register ensures that those who may need extra assistance receive it promptly. This includes access to our 24/7 emergency helpline, which offers immediate assistance in case of gas or electrical emergencies. Additionally, we provide alternative communication methods for customers who may have specific needs, such as offering documents in large print or Braille. We also offer flexible payment options and advice on managing energy bills to help customers stay on top of their finances. Our Warm Home Discount scheme provides eligible customers with a discount on their energy bills. Overall, we are committed to ensuring that vulnerable customers receive the support they require to stay safe, comfortable, and in control of their energy usage.
